“I arrived at the surgery center at 1:30 and checked in. At exactly 1:45 I was taken in back for the endoscopy and promptly at 2pm the procedure was performed. Everybody was polite and friendly and extremely professional. I was finished by 2:30pm and given my preliminary results.”

“Worst medical experience I have ever had. Appointment was for 9:00am, was not taken back for prep on a colonoscopy till 10:00. Ladies at counter could care less. They said it was first come, first served. The only positive part was nurses prepping me were caring and attentive.”
