What is Duet?+
Duet is a GLP-1 tracker for two: you, plus one person you invite. You track doses, weekly check-ins, side effects, and appointment questions. Your person sees only the categories you grant, and you can change or revoke any of them at any time.
What can my supporter actually see?+
Only what you switch on. Sharing works category by category: doses, weight trend, side effects, streak, and adherence each have their own control in Who sees what. Turn a category off and the shared view updates on both sides.
Does Duet work without a partner?+
Yes. Duet is a complete tracker on its own for doses, titration, weights, and history. Pairing is optional, and you can add your person whenever you want.
Is my health data private?+
Tracking is offline-first on your device and syncs between the two paired accounts. Nothing is posted publicly, Duet shows no ads and sells no data, and the care directory on this website is fully separate from your private data.
Is Duet free?+
Core tracking is free: doses, schedule, history, and the weekly check-in. An optional premium subscription adds provider exports and appointment insights.
Which medications does Duet support?+
The bundled catalogue covers Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound, including titration steps and per-medication missed-dose guidance. You can also record off-medication periods.
Does it work offline and on Apple Watch?+
Yes. Logging works without a connection and syncs later. There is an Apple Watch app for logging and a next-dose glance.
Can I export or delete my data?+
You can export your history to bring to your care team, and deleting your account removes your data. The privacy policy has the details.
Does Duet give medical advice?+
No. Duet is for tracking and educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or tell you to change a treatment plan. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.
When can I download Duet?+

Where do directory listings come from?+
The directory is built around public place information collected from approved source feeds. Each listing carries a source and freshness date, and you should confirm details directly with the place before visiting.
Is my health data used for the directory?+
No. Private health tracking and the public directory are separate product surfaces. The directory does not need your dose or weight data to work.
