“High turnover over of medical personnel. Your lucky if you see your primary physician after the first time. And it's hit and miss with the nurse practitioners or physician assistants regarding their level of experience or competence. Same with admin staff.”

“The worst garbage clinic I have every been too. Since Amazon took over, you can never reach anyone that will take charge of anyone care. They route you to a central triage nurse then you have to talk to several people about the same item. This is supposed to be for senior care.”
