Exposure is equivalent across abdomen, thigh and upper arm for semaglutide and liraglutide, so rotation costs nothing pharmacokinetically. Rotation exists to prevent lipohypertrophy, which absorbs erratically. Eight sites on a weekly drug gives each site ~8 weeks recovery. Upper arm requires a second person for tirzepatide.
