Tracking, not treatment
Duet is intended for tracking and educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, dosing instructions, or emergency services. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber and pharmacist. Seek qualified care for medical questions and contact local emergency services for an emergency.
Free tracker
Dose logging, reminders, weight and trend tracking, the vial calculator, and side-effect logging remain available without a paid subscription. Some functions depend on your device, permissions, and operating-system services and may be unavailable temporarily.
Duet Premium subscription
Duet Premium unlocks partner sharing, estimated medication-level illustrations, appointment insights, provider PDF export, and progress photos. The app displays the current localized monthly and annual prices supplied by Apple before purchase. Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with the Annual plan before it renews at the displayed annual price; the Monthly plan starts billing immediately. Apple asks you to confirm the exact offer before the purchase is completed.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it in your Apple Account settings before renewal. Apple controls billing, refunds, taxes, price-change consent, and the exact cancellation deadline shown for your account and region. You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple's subscription settings and use Restore Purchases in Duet. Canceling stops future renewal; Premium remains available through any paid period Apple and RevenueCat report as active, then the free tracker continues without deleting your tracking history.
Partner access requires the sharing owner's active Premium entitlement. When that entitlement, grant, or relationship ends, Duet stops future partner reads and evicts supported cached partner data on the receiving device. Information a partner already saw or independently saved cannot be recalled.
Your account and records
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and account and for the records you enter or choose to share. You may export supported records and delete your account from the app. See the privacy notice for the services involved and the data they process.

Public listings are a starting point for discovery. Hours, services, prices, availability, licenses, and other details can change; confirm current information directly with each place. A listing is not an endorsement, referral, or guarantee of care.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Duet, attempt to access another person's records without permission, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material, or use the directory or sharing tools to harass, deceive, or harm another person.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Duet changes and will revise the date above. Material subscription changes remain subject to Apple's purchase and price-consent flows. Questions can be sent to hello@duetglp.com.
